High School
• 1991 Member of the State Soccer Championship team
• 1992 Delivered a penalty-kick goal against Albuquerque Academy to put the Bears into the 1992 state championship game against Eldorado at the old Albuquerque Sports Stadium. The Bears would win the state championship

Professional: Coach Ashcraft shows the love she has for the game by mentoring young athletes on and off the field, she expects her players to have heart and character when playing the game, this discipline is the center stone of her program.
• 1993 Began coaching the C-Team of the La Cueva High School’s women’s soccer team. The varsity team won the state championship.
• 1994 – 1995 Coached the Junior Varsity Team. The varsity team won the state championship both years.
• 1996 – 1997 Assistant Varsity Coach – 1997 varsity team won the state championship.
• 1998 Became the Head Coach of the women’s soccer team.
  o Nine State Championships
  o Seven runners-up finishes in the state championships
  o Three – third place wins
  o Her teams have been in the Final Four in every state tournament except 2013.
• Been involved in 19 state championship games as an assistant and Head Coach.
• Overall head coaching record is 404-72-1, which ranks her in the top ten winningest State women’s high school coaches in history.
• 2013 Member of the All-American Women’s Soccer coaching staff

Honors
• 2006 Finalist for Coach of the Year by the National High School Athletic Coaches Association.
• 2012 Rocky Mountain States and National Finalist for Coach of the Year with the United Coaches Association.
• 2014 Finalist for Coach of the Year by the National High School Athletic Coaches Association
• 2018 Honored as Girls Soccer Coach of the Year by the National High School Athletic Coaches Association
• Named the New Mexico Women’s Soccer Coach of the Year – Eight times.

Community Involvement
• 2012 to Present Spearhead the La Cueva’s Women’s Soccer Team to raise money for Patrick Grange, who was a soccer player that died from ALS. In 2019 the soccer team raised $15000. They have raised $35000 during the eight years
• Foster parent for 5 years
• Grooming the next generations of High school players by coaching a U13 girls club team.
• Involved in her church
